Due to concerns over the Coronavirus outbreak, many Socket Mobile employees are currently working remotely as we continue to deliver scanning solutions for those providing essential products and services. 

We also continue to provide support services to all our scanning customers via Socket Mobile Companion, which is available via the App Store and Playstore.

To replace a faulty scanner please use the Socket Mobile Companion App available on either the Google Play store or the Apple App store. To download the Socket Mobile Companion App please click the relevant Google or Apple store logo below, or scan the relevant QR code.

  • If you experience difficulties downloading our Companion App a replacement device can be requested using our replacement request portal.

  • Resellers, distributors, existing account users, those with a support inquiry, or those that have multiple scanners or non-scanner products please contact us at support@socketmobile.com
